Payton's Lemonade Stand & Blessing of the Animals Returns

MSPC is delighted to partner with Payton's Lemonade Stand to host this year's lemonade stand event on Saturday, July 26, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm! This outstanding community organization began with six-year-old Payton's dream to raise money to buy toys for patients at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Payton was inspired to do so since she had received a new toy (teddy bear) when she was a patient there at a very young age.  In 2018, she opened her first lemonade stand and raised $768. In 2019, that grew to nearly $7,000. She made it an annual event, and her friends caught the vision. In 2020, there were nine Payton's Lemonade Stands hosted all over Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In July 2024, they hosted their 7th Annual Payton's Lemonade Stand, and it was their biggest event yet!  They had 90 stands throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. They gained more fun new hosts, including Kings Island, local senior living communities, and additional local businesses. Together, they raised over $125,000 – in just three hours! 

We're supplementing the event by hosting our annual Blessing of the Animals event in conjunction with it. You love your pets. Your pets are a part of your family. Your pets are Divine gifts to you, serving as God's instruments of love and delight. Bring your animals to receive a special prayer of blessing that they may glorify God in all their distinctive, wild, and wonderful ways. This event is an excellent way to express gratitude to God for the blessings your pets bring to you.
