Brunch & Learn: Building Hope with Habitat for Humanity
What does it look like to be part of something that lasts—something that helps build stability, dignity, and hope for a family?
Join us for a Brunch & Learn as we explore the work of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati and how lives are being changed right here in our community. Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to commission one of our members for a Habitat trip to Latin America. We’ve also supported local efforts like Rock the Block. This gathering is a chance to hear more of that story—and discover how we can continue to be part of it together.
This is a relaxed, informal time: light pastries and fruit will be available as we gather in the chapel between services. Whether you’re simply curious or already feeling a nudge to get involved, this is a great place to begin. Bring a friend! This is an easy, welcoming way to explore something meaningful together.
As we’ve been reminded through our Beacons of God's Love series, our faith is meant to take shape in everyday life. Opportunities like this help us take a simple step toward loving our neighbors in tangible ways (Matthew 22:39).
We’ll also be sharing details about an upcoming Habitat work day on Saturday, May 9—a hands-on opportunity for anyone who would like to serve.
