Following Jesus is a lifelong journey of growth. At Madeira-Silverwood Presbyterian Church, we want to help people deepen their relationship with God, grow in their understanding of the Bible and Christian faith, and increasingly become the people Jesus calls us to be.
We believe spiritual growth involves both learning and practice. That means studying Scripture and asking thoughtful questions, but also learning to pray, developing spiritual practices, building relationships with other Christians, serving others, and discovering how faith shapes the decisions and challenges of everyday life.
You don’t need to be a Bible expert to begin. Our Bible studies, small groups, classes, retreats, and other opportunities are designed for people at different stages of faith, from those exploring Christianity to longtime followers of Jesus seeking to continue growing.
